JAMzSpot items are uniquely handcrafted. All sales are final, no refunds, or exchanges. Orders cannot be refunded or canceled once they are placed.
If there is any issue with your order (wrong item received, product defect) please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. All packages are mailed via USPS and are insured. If you need to file a claim, please contact your local post office.
