How do I place a custom order?
Complete the online order form under Custom Order and JAM will be in contact within 48 hours.
How long is order processing?
Inventoried items will be shipped with in 1-2 days of order being placed. Custom items ship with in 5-7 days after design in approved by customer and designer.
What parcel service do you use?
United States Postal Service (USPS)
May I get a refund or exchange?
All sales are final.
What days do you ship?
Monday - Saturday
What if my bracelet does not fit?
Customers are responsible for confirming their wrist size prior to ordering. Most bracelets are made at standard size. (Women 7.5-7.75, Men 7.75-8.25) If you need a custom size, please indicate that when ordering. There will be an additional $5.00 fee for resizing. Bracelet sizing
How do I pay for my custom order?
Once design specifics and deposit have been confirmed you will be billed via PayPal. Payment is required within 24 hours or invoice and custom order will be canceled.
